The staff - every one of them - was amazing. They could not do enough to make everything perfect. During one morning the self-serve latte machine was not working. A staff member noticed my disappointment and, without my even asking, raced to get me a latte from room service. The internet worked - always. The shower delivered a strong flow of hot water. And the location was perfect for me. I like to walk everywhere and the proximity to Mall Road made it easy for me to find everything from the Fort back to Jinnah Park.

location was great and much better value for money than the pearl continental. A smaller hotel but rooms were large and excellent service, attentive and quick room service. All staff were so helpful from helping me with luggage in my car to providing complimentary fresh milk for my toddler every night. A shallow indoor pool area great for young kids.

We planned our stay here for three days. Having stayed at this hotel before we knew what to expect and that this is a well maintained hotel with great staff. I was in contact with the hotel prior to travelling to pakistan via their WhatsApp number, and they arranged for flowers and a cake to be put in the room for my wife as I had requested. I messaged them when we were 10 minutes away, and these were then placed into the room. When we got to the hotel, the check-in service was smooth and quick. We then went up to the room, which was amazing. Clean and well stocked with all we required. We quickly ordered some room service, which took about 30 minutes to arrive, and the food was brilliant and well priced considering it is room service prices. There was a safe in the room, which is a good size and easy to use. There was also a small fridge with soft drinks and chocolate and other snacks which are chargeable but at a decent price considering you are in a hotel. A can of coke, for example, is around 200pkr, which is compared to the gbp, which was 1gbp to 340pkr. There are also items such as shower gel and shampoo and tooth bushes, etc, in the room as would be expected. Moving onto the breakfast buffet, which was included in the price, we paid for the room. This was a decent selection with a choice of traditional pharanta, channay, halwa, and puri or French toast, fried eggs, boiled eggs, and omelette. There were also serial selections and pastries with a live waffle/pancake section and a toaster machine. There was also a selection of juices and teas and coffee. The staff in the restaurant were fantastic and willing to comply with any and all requests we had and very attentive. During our stay nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Everyone we spoke to were polite and friendly, and they were willing to help in any way they could.

Very nice stay for two nights in Lahore. The staff were very friendly and allowed us early check in as our flight got in in the morning. Everyone spoke very good English which we much appreciated. Very wide selection of food for breakfast which was great, and good selection for lunch and dinner too.

Front-end Manager Atif is very professional, and he knows how to treat the customer in a respectful manner. He went above and beyond to make sure the comfort for me and my family Room service was exceptional. I asked them to clean my room at 2 a.m., and they came and helped out right away Laundry Manager I don't remember his name he was a very helpful and kind man. I asked him to request to iron my outfits, and he came back with a few minutes Food Court Managers again, I am not good at remembering names. Both managers and staff are very helpful there buffet close at 10.30 we went there 10.05 and we asked them to bring us fresh puri and Nan they served us on tables they went 3 to 4 time to help us bringing food and tea etc Overall, it was a very pleasant stay at lahore. I would recommend everyone to visit this place and this is a very inexpensive 5-star hotel in lahore you can find. Mr. Atif and his team definitely deserve the praise to make this place sussesfull

From the moment you walk through the door your made feel welcome the check in desk staff were excellent asked to be seated brought a welcome drink and apologised for the delay as the suite was still being cleaned and offered a coffee and the duty manager came over and apologised for the delay . And a special thank you to the Tall gentleman with mostache from the concierge desk I asked about car hire on next trip was excellent and informative and always greeted during stay with a smile and was very helpful with other information a very present stay overall will defintlt will be back in March and will use the car rental services . Hotel staffs are really friendly and helpful. room was spacious and comfortable. toilets are clean and basic toiletries were provided. lots of hangers in wardrobe which were great! affordable laundry services and excellent breakfast! Near to the main street - Mall road.

Noman checked me in, gave me an upgrade from standard deluxe room proactively. He arranged space for my driver to stay with other drivers (paid option). On the eve of my check in, I ordered dinner, chicken biryani, grilled Bihari boti and seekh kabab - delicious. During checkout the guest relations officer Noreen was at the front desk and she graciously waived charges of the late breakfast that we had in our room, which by the way was scrumptious. She also gave my son a souvenir as a gift. Overall, this kind of pampering of guests is sort of unheard of.

The Manager was very helpful and she went above and beyond to sort out a couple of issues we had during the week, very apologetic and we had a room upgrade. The staff are very welcoming and polite.
